It started off going well, the phone conversation anyway. I was quoted at $900 but bc I had a large vase it ended up being $15 more but ok. I wasn't present for the move but I had family there. I was told that I had a lot more than o did so I ended up being charged $300 more, fine. I had to call often to ask where my stuff was bc I never got any real time estimate. I set up my accnt with Lola but ended up speaking to meme the manager more often than Lola. She WAS very nice. We spoke often. Finally I was called and told that ronny would be my driver. He calls and says he will n there the next day. Well the truck broke down and he was two days late. Ok. When he does get there he tells me that he is not able to get the truck in the apartment complex bc its too big. Then also tells me since I live on the third floor, which was known by Lola, I would have to pay him am extra $150 to have him bring the truck in and move my stuff. The four workers he brought with him were men he got off Craigslist. Now the big question is if the truck was too big, how would he fit it in the gate, even for $150. The answer is the truck could fit he just wanted me to pay him more money. I declined so he dropped my stuff on the side of the road by the interstate and left. I had to rent a.uhaul to get the rest of my things and the guys from Craigslist volunteered to help. I called the office pissed off. Meme was no help. She listened but had no real understanding. Did I.mentioned the driver was rude and nasty. I told her that and we ended up getting into a huge argument. Bc her driver stuffed the workers, we paid them $200 $50 each for their help. I began opening boxes and realized a $250 vase was broken. The same vase I paid extra for. I called her. Supposedly she was in a meeting with the co trying to find a solution. She got upset that I.called back. Their plan was to offer me $160 for my troubles but ONLY if I agreed to send an email to the company saying I was satisfied with their service, which I was NOT. That was a bribe. Meme tried to convince me she wasn't bribing me but that this is a business and that I would do the same thing smh. I have several things broken and I took pics of it ALL. I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim. DO NOT use this company, I beg u. Save urself the time and trouble. Meme was horrible and do not trust her or Lola or any of them bc they lie.
