Complete lack of communication

I was disappointed with the lack of communication in this company. At first everything was great! We got an incredible price and everything checked out so we paid our 20% and waited for our moving day.
Come moving day, this company shows up at my door saying they are here to move my stuff. I was incredibly confused as this was NOT Low Cost Moving but Eden's Moving. Not ONCE did I know this company was a broker, I was NEVER informed of this.
Because they are a broker, their policies are different from who they hire. Low Cost Moving said that they charge for stairs but not elevators no matter what the distance. This is NOT the same for Eden's, they charge for long distance moves. They said all wrapping was free. Nope, not for Eden's ONCE again. Low Cost Moving required 20% down which I already paid. Eden's required 60%, which I did NOT HAVE.
Eden's worked with me with everything because of these discrepancies but I was very upset with Low Cost Moving. I won't hire again, I'll just go straight to Eden's or a local company.
