Not only did we get a call the morning of our move stating that the movers were going to be late but the company only sent 2 movers & a 24ft truck to do a 4 bedroom basement move- completely unprepared! The move took 17+ hours!!!!!! They didn't finish reassembling beds etc...the price charged was DOUBLE what we were quoted...and to top it off, they damaged our furniture, severely scratching multiple pieces of bedroom furniture. We tried to work it out with the company only to be told they weren't negligent & they refused to provide any compensation for the damage- HORRIBLE service!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
