Complaint Description:
Incomplete service obligation Moving company was called in July for possible move to Allen with an estimated date , and that would then be 12th of July 2013. He Mr Raphael came to the house looked at the content of the goods that was to be moved and gave me the price of one thousand five hundred dollars. One the day of the move, I was surprise that the 8 men that showed up in my house did not include him when he had told me he was going to be present during the move to supervise which happen not to be the case but came only to demand that the money be paid in cashiers check or cash. When I told him I did not have cash or certified check he made the movers to stop working until I went to Walmart and bought a money order of $1,500. When the movers came they came with 2 20 feet trucks which was not properly packed and I ended up having to rent a 26 feet u haul for 165$ to add to the two trucks they brought . But yet they had so much stuff left behind unmoved which I ended up moving using two more private movers by renting a second 20 foot u haul truck and paying almost two hundred dollars. Up till now they are yet to install my furnitures that they put apart. I have been sleeping on the floor since on the 12th of July because they refuse to come and put my beds together and all of my stuff are in its and pieces and some completely destroyed. He promised to send someone yesterday the 25th, which he failed as I never set my eyes on anyone, and when I finally called him, he refuses to pick up his phone.
