Bottom line. Joe gave a VERY BAD and LOW estimate with my DETAILED inventory list I gave to him over the phone. I was not there for the movers so I signed a form giving my mother in law permission to take care of things. Day of the move the movers call and say their truck "broke down" so they would bring a truck the next day. They show up and tell my mother in law it was going to be 8,000+lbs more then they estimated and didn't even fit all my stuff in the truck.1/3 of my stuff is STILL in Fresno, CA. When I found out, I called and talked to Nicole, she was VERY RUDE and told me to just pick up my stuff and get a new company but would still be charged 70% of the grand total of $5900 something. I don't think so. I am stuck with them cause I am not even in the same state. This was supposed to be a stress free move, not it has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicole and I then agree to see if we can just waive the overage fee of $793.34 and she would get back to me once she got it approved. Well, She never called so I called her back and she was on MATERNITY LEAVE....she didn't even pass my info on to anyone else. I then was in contact with LEA. She was no help at all. She was supposed to get back to me as well, but never did and when I called her today, well, she hadn't even looked at my stuff so she put me on hold. When she got back to me she said they couldn't waive it. So, because JOE gave me a BAD estimate and agreed to go with them and he didn't save my inventory list, and NICOLE left on maternity leave with out finishing, and LEA doesn't see the problem with this.....MEANS I"M SCREWED out of $5000 more then agreed upon. Oh and it is 3 weeks now and I STILL have not gotten any of my stuff!
Please do not use them and tell everyone you know not to use them! They WILL screw you too!
