My experience started good until the day of pickup. During all my conversations with David in keeping him informed of my moving inventory at no given time or day he never made me aware about the impact of box sizes. He assume all boxes were medium not to mention nor the Inventory list on the binding contract asks for box sizes. To my surprise the day of pick up my binding quote went from $2,100 to $3,500 not to mention all the broken pieces once it was delivered. I DO NOT recommend this moving company. The scammed is once they are there you have no choice but to pay up especially if you are in a time frame to be out from your current location. Runaway...!!! Lisa for being a customer representative you are very rude!! Should consider a 101 class in Customer Service!
