From the beginning process of filling in the estimate form to the actual move date - I would describe the entire process with one word: FLAWLESS. The sales person was responsive, helpful and made sure we were ready on all aspects. The foreman and crew arrived EARLY, assessed the items in my home correctly and not only did they pack us, but they had us packed and fully loaded into the truck in under three hours. We all broke for lunch, and they had us moved into our new home within a few days. I didn't loose a SINGLE thing to breakage or damage. NOT one thing. And I've never seen ANYONE (let alone a crew of 4 men) work that quickly, in coordination and good concert in my life! Man, what a team! Please, take this review for what it's worth - I have ALWAYS moved myself - with friends and others to help. It has always taken 10 times longer to get the job done, and has always left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Great American Van Lines was wonderful in every aspect.
