55 Inches Sony LCD TV is lost

I moved from California to New Jersey last Summer. The mover I hired is Go Pro Vanlines and they picked up our furniture and other belongs on 7/20 and delivered on 8/9.
Besides other damages (like lost parts and scratches on furniture, broken kitchen wares, and etc), the single most expensive item, our 55 Inches Sony LCD TV, is lost during the moving. I followed the suggestion from the mover to file the claim to Anthem Claim Management LLC and the mover promised to refund me the dollar value for the lost TV plus other damages. After so many follow ups with the mover during last 7 months, I still haven't received the refund, so I concluded that although the mover promised to refund the damage, it is just a trick they play on me to delay the refund forever - they have no intention to refund at all.
