This company will initially pick up your stuff on time. But once they have it you better pray you get all of your item back or in the condition they received it. They lost ALL my family photo albums, damaged brand new furniture, delivered items that did not belong to me, not to mention when they take apart your furniture upon pick up the delivery guys just throw it in your house and not put it back together. So you better know how to reassemble you furniture yourself or your up the creek. You do a claim and show proof that your items are damaged and they totally ignore the claim. They say they will take care of you, but instead they just keep saying we will call you back with a satisfactory resolution but NEVER do. I hate those people.
