After reading many reviews on this site I'm seeing a lot of people who have talked to Toni Hennessey at 214-613-1480 and referencing so far 2 different companies eco movers and always moving and storage. Now my story.
I went to movers . com to get 3 quotes for moving from Round lake beach, il. To Dallas, Texas Paul Juster is the sales person I talked to which he was quick to answer to phone calls and emails until the day of the move and he said he'd be dealing with me throughout the entire move from star to delivery haven't heard anything more from him since after he accepted the 10% deposit of 450.00. The movers were supposed to be there on Thursday on Friday I got an email stating that they wouldn't be there until Saturday morning. Saturday the 21st of June movers showed up at 9 am in a small penski rental truck and the main guy said before even coming into the house said that his truck holds 1600 cu. Ft. And it would be 6,800 vice the 4,500 in the Binding quote and he wanted 3,850 in cash or postal money order and to leave the to section blank I gave him a check instead, Ok that's the same amount of cu. Ft. On my Binding Quote # G728291. He had moving forms with Global transportation as the header and I had to fill every thing else out myself. In the process of moving stuff out of house to moving truck they damaged several walls and corners severely and didn't say anything then evidently they had put a dent in my utility trailer during the loading of the truck that I didn't catch until after they left, brand new trailor moved from the dealer to my driveway the day before, I called the number I had for them and they said they transferred me to customers service, Toni Hennessey, and they said it would be better to make a claim at the end of the move because if I made a claim now I wouldn't be able to make an additional claim if anything was damaged or missing I also sent pictures to Paul Juster's email address with all the damage. A week after the move 28 June 2014 we arrived in the Dallas area and had an address I started calling to give them an address and to set up a delivery time no one answered the phone on any number I had for them in 3 different states Washington state, Tennessee and texas. I Google the Houston address on Google Earth and it showed a technical school on the sign in front of the building. I couldn't get a hold of anyone until approximately the 7th of July when I gave Toni Hennessey our address and she said the delivery time would be 21 days from the requested delivery date which she said the 14th of July. As of Thursday the 7th of august another foreigner called and said he picked up my stuff and wanted to deliver in next couple of days and he wanted 2,500 cash I told him I only owe 200 and since no one answers the company numbers I will have the police thier since 3 weeks prior I made a police report since no one had answered my calls or emails and had not returned my calls or emails. The police researched the company and told me he couldn't get a hold of anyone at any of the numbers either and also checked fraud reports and global transportation came up a few times under the scam alert. So now the 10th of August 2014 they called again Toni Hennessey saying I owed them 2,500 before they would deliver my belongings. So 50 days after the move I still have nothing and they want 2,500 more to deliver my stuff it's now in the police and insurance companies hands. I guess this is how disabled veterans get treated in this country all ways getting the shaft.
