On scheduled day of pick up (June 15, 2015) a ragtag driver and crew of two finally showed up driving a Penske rental truck at 6 PM--6 hours late, with no packing paper, no magic markers, no
paperwork. All were dressed in sloppy street attire [sleeveless T-shirts, shorts, flip flops] with nary a sign that this was a professional move, no company logos visible anywhere. Supervisor immediately disappeared for 2 hours. Crew used customer's personal packing supplies for 3 hrs. Promised to come back 8:00 next morn. Arrived 2 hours late at 10 am with only one original crew member and a very nervous-looking "friend". Supervisor and crew argued loudly and constantly on how to pack, label boxes, even how to use the hand truck. The clearly inexperienced crew was probably hired off Craigslist. Supervisor angrily sent crew home [who he claimed was "too slow"]at 2.45, finishing move himself by 5 pm. Front yard was grossly gouged by having the truck driven on it [it had rained that week].
Driver never gave us our paperwork, and had to beg headquarters for it for 9 days. Continually were told 'We don't have it, " or "We need to review it before we send it to you." We finally got it in the form of a scanned email. Come to find out, they never gave us the key detailed document that described all the ways we'd get screwed by them jumping through loopholes on delivery.
Customer is an 81-year-old widow, and much of this shipment includes family heirlooms, some over 100 years old. Customer was assured property was being held in a company-owned climate controlled warehouse in Philadelphia. Come to find out, it sat for at least 5 weeks baking in 100-degree+ temps in a self storage unit in Baltimore.

It's now August 13, 2 months later, and not a word on when we'll get delivery. There have been countless emails and phone calls on our part, asking for compensation for delays, and any estimate of a delivery date. We've never had a meaningful response until we told the company we'd be submitting detailed complaints about Full Service Van Lines to the US Dept of Transportation, American Moving & Storage Association, and Better Business Bureau. However, when we tried to get a settlement agreement and information on the whereabouts of the truck, the company has once again gone silent.
To date customer has paid Full Service Van Lines $4230.00. Company refuses to let us know the whereabouts of our property, and has failed to deliver it for two months. We are at the point of filing police reports against Full Service in both Maryland and Florida.
