Frontier Moving & Storage booked my recent move from Idaho to Virginia. I chose them because the price quoted for the move was reasonable, and a friend who had booked with them had no problems. in contrast, my experience was so negative that i would not recommend them to anyone. Five pieces of furniture were damaged in the move--2 very seriously, and two months after the move, I am still waiting for a resolution of my claim for damages--even though I paid for full insurance. I have been told that it could take them up to four months to "investigate" my claim. Additionally they overcharged me for the move, promised a refund, then never sent the refund. At some point the issues of overcharges and damages may be resolved, but the expeditious resolution of after-move problems does not seem to be a priority for Frontier and Allied.
