I've moved with moving companies before, never have I experienced such poor service, delivery, customer service and absolute disregard for items. Pick up crew did not know how to pack a truck and neglected to wrap all pieces of furniture. Since the furniture was going into storage for a month I inquired if it would be wrapped. I want to quote David who stated..."Yes, we cannot put anything into storage unless it's properly wrapped, the storage manager will not let allow anything haphazard happen to anything of yours." Hah, not only did it go in unwrapped but it got so damaged we have to replace our bedroom and kitchen dinette. Anthony in sales also told me the storage was temperature controlled which obviously isn't true given all my candles that I packed...melted.
We were told nothing but lies from beginning to end and I was friends with Anthony, trusted him and he obviously didn't care about that friendship just the ol mighty commission he received. In fact, once my stuff was picked up he pretty much melted off the face of the earth kind of like my candles. When we had problems with delivery and I emailed him to help, nothing, didn't even care. WOW! So even friendship doesn't get you decent customer service. We will be pursuing them legally. However, it comes down to this simply this company is over the top in Over Promising and Not even being able to deliver. EVERYONE has been rude, right down to the owner...except for Jessie and the Seattle crew...those guys well did a much better job delivering everything than how it when it out. I find it sad that Anthony Ayala nor the owner of the company have any empathy or compassion whatsoever or even care about their customers. I'm sure they will get theirs in due time...karma does happen, and with all the complaints I've read about...well it's just a matter of time.
