I don't have enough space to describe what a horrific expense I had with your company. If I had the resources, I would create a website warning customers to NOT deal with you. Phillip, after setting up my account, did not return a single message or email at all. I went NINE days without hearing from ANYONE at your company when I was told the move would take SEVEN TOTAL. I had to reach out to you on my own to discover my belongings had been sitting in a warehouse and hadn't moved at all. Cleary I wouldn't have hired you knowing it would take 16 days to move my things. And then, when the driver shows up, he comes alone... requiring me to spend 2 hours moving my own stuff that I hired someone else to do. Thankfully I am not a sixty year old woman who couldn't help move. To have still NOT heard from anyone after the fact to confirm anything seems ridiculous. This experience was one of the worst decisions I have ever made to deal with this company. Horrible customer service, and questionable business practices. I truly wish I had the time and resources to save any future customers from every dealing with the nightmare of not knowing anything about all of their possessions for two weeks.
