DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My daughter contracted with this moving company for a 1 pm move. At 1:20 I contacted the company to see where the movers were. Michael stated the mover was supposed to have contacted my daughter to say he was running late. We received a call 10 minutes later to say that the earliest they could get there was 5 o'clock, although there was no guarantee. When I called Michael back to say that this wasn't going to work for us he offered no apology and said there was nothing they could do. Ultimately when I cancelled the move and asked for our deposit back, he told me off, called me a whore and told me never to call there again. I will be filing a report with the Department of Consumer Affairs
