This is a company whose customer service is very nice to you until your items are picked up. They are very helpful on the phone, will go out of their way to address all your questions, and respond to inquiries promptly.
The moment the items are picked up, it is impossible to reach them. It took 30 days to deliver my furniture. When I made the order, I specifically said that I would be available on every date except one to receive the delivery. This request was completely ignored. I got a call from the delivery driver on that exact date, telling me that my furniture was about to be delivered. Of course, I was not there, and I could not get them to tell me an alternative date. After that day and until the delivery date (which was about 3 weeks later) I called the office about every other day. I NEVER ONCE got a coherent answer about even an approximate date when my items would be delivered. In fact, 9 times out of 10 I did not get a customer service representative who had any access to my information (or so they claimed). I got someone who told me they were only handling messages. I asked them to leave a message for me, requesting a call back. No one ever called me back. I also sent emails and left voice messages. There was no response to any of these. I started doubting that this is a legitimate company.
There were other issues. When my items were finally delivered, some of them were damaged. The price I was charged was higher than what I was quoted when I made the order. But my biggest problem is the decidedly shady customer service (or lack thereof, I would say). I recommend staying away from this company.
