It started with Neighbors Moving and Storage giving me a great quote, only to find out they lie and manipulate you and end up charging more. When you dispute the charge it falls back on the moving company, Cross Country moving and storage. They lied about the final cost, omited areas in the contract, and force you to hurry up and sign on the dotted line.
Now that our move is complete, we are without items and after repeated calls to Kody, at Cross country moving and storage (who by the way I've been told is the owner, wharehouse manager and overall go to guy) a one man show, has not attempted to contact me back or find our stuff. When the moving van appeared, it was a driver who never got out of the truck. He hired two guys from the emplyment agency looking for work to unload the truck. There was a ladder to do this as there was no ramp for the moving truck. What a joke.. No Professionals moving my precious cargo. Not only did they loose items, they attempted to give me some stuff that did not belong to us. At least we are honest and returned them to the truck.
People... Trust me on this.... NEVER, EVER USE NEIGHBORS MOVING AND STORAGE OR CROSS COUNTRY STORAGE. If you do, you will be writing this poor review!
