I had a storage period during my move, and though Ben was very nice about everything he told me that my stuff would be stored in a location near my final destination and my items should not be delayed for very long. But after I arrived and notified them of my move-in date, it took me 3 days where I left daily voicemails in order to reach Rose. Who then simply told me she wasn't able to contact the dispatcher. Then she called me every few days to update me that either she wasn't able to contact the dispatcher or they don't know when they'll deliver my stuff. And then finally she stopped calling me. And I'm back to leaving voicemails. I would NEVER use this company again or suggest it to anyone, first of all I got charged extra for tape and packing materials since blanket wrapping of the furniture apparently only includes the blanket, so unless you want them to just throw a blanket over your stuff which serves no purpose, you'll have to pay extra for tape. But of course they don't tell you this, they just say the contract includes "blanket-wrapping" of furniture, which is not really true. It's just blankets, no actual "wrapping" unless you pay for the tape and plastic wrap. Then, say good-bye to the nice customer service, cause once they have your stuff they won't call you back and all you'll ever get is voicemail. So as I'm writing this email I'm sitting in an empty apt and sleeping and working on the floor, waiting for them to call me back, which may be never. I went with them because they were a mid-priced company that had a reasonable website, but do not be fooled, for this kind of service, you might as well go with the cheapest company you can find, and it might even be better than having to chase people down by voicemail and calling you back occasionally to basically tell you they don't know where your stuff is and when it'll get there. All the original "services" they promised disappeared once you pay. This is my worst moving experience EVER.
