My wife retired and my business is all gone online. She absolutely wanted to get out of the winter which was miserable up here. Once my wife decided she wanted to use Coast to Coast, they had to get the money out of me. They were very straightforward as far as telling me about how everything goes and I really liked the fact that they told me about the delivery timeframe, so this way I planned out the hotels accordingly, as opposed to waiting and having my wife sleep on an air mattress for a week. They kept telling me, "We're trying to protect you. We want to make sure you don't pay more. Yada yada..." I moved once ten years ago and it was miserable, so I didn't have very high hopes, but they did a good job and they kept their word, and they didn't charge me more so I was very happy.
