I chose Chase Relocation for a bountiful of reasons, Great price, great promises of service and able to supposedly avoid ever problem I was having with other companies like multi day pickup window and the delivery window of 1-14 days they were promising me an exact delivery day. Boy was I wrong!!!!!
First of all Chase Relocation is full of bull!! They are part of a company that used to be called ASAP Van lines which I found out after the fact and that company had a horrible record and was not a member of the bbb. My price jump about 30 percent for packing that I had already done and extra fees they said they had to add that I was told they were waiving for me but did not add on contract. Their sales people are very deceptive. Pickup was a day late and delivery even exceded the 14 business days from when I was available that other companies promised.
Also found out they just became available to do moves so all those testimonials on there website are nonsense as they just got all the proper paperwork to do move legally.
Avoid this company like the plague!! They also stole stuff out of my boxes and lost some stuff.
