Company Failed to honor our Contract

From the start, after they got my deposit, they never would return my calls. I finally called and called until I finally had someone answer, then they said they would call back and did not (this happened several times) finally after not showing up the first day, they claimed the truck broke down. They didn't even attempt to make things right. After the time frame of notifying me of the move date, they emailed me a notice that they could not provide the service that we had a contract for and would issue a refund in 5 to 7 days. I gave them my deposit on March 25th 2021 so this was not a last minute move.
