I used this company in March. They were great about the price, the timing, etc. however, my bed broke yesterday and when I took it apart to throw it out, I discovered that they had left off one of the support plates when they assembled. So, because of their carelessness I paid to move my expensive bed cross country and now I have to pay to replace it. I could jump through their outrageous hoops for filing a claim and receive sixty cents per pound but that just doesn't seem worth it.
