Gave the customer service rep the items list...then the contracted company showed up and the over charges began. Started at $5k - $6k and ended up at $10,500. Charged me for wrapping my furniture with padded blankets ($800). Although I had my own shrink wrap. In addition, charged me $100 for an additional stop they didn't even make. When I called the moving company out on the over charges they told me they would take my belongings to storage and charge me .25 cents a pound to store it if I didn't like it. DONT WALK, RUN FROM BUDGET VAN LINES.
