Showed up day late with too small of a truck. Had to send another the next day to finish. Failure to follow through on what was said by estimator, coordinator, scheduler, and Manager of Sales. Hardware to reassemble furniture missing at destination. Took 4 days for contractor to finish. Multiple items damaged or missing.
