Update 9/28: After several BBB complaints and initial emails from Ash, we are yet to hear back anything re: our claims. No money OR correspondence. That appears to be their MO. Hopefully, what goes around comes around.
Beware of Kelli and Stephen, who will sweet-talk you into thinking they are actually going to do something.
Someone needs to take them to consumer court.
