This was not the first time I had moved and I have been burned before by companies that quote cheap and raise the price on move date. I contacted Sam at Arrow Van Line and was pleased with his knowledge of the industry and how he revealed all of the hidden cost upfront without me having to inquire. I went ahead and secured my reservation with Arrow Van Line even though they were not the cheapest quote I had recieved. I just felt comfortable with them. They had quoted me $7825.00 on the cost of moving my 4 bedroom house to St. Louis which included a full packing service. On move date the crew showed up 15 minutes early with an army of uniformed employees. It made me comfortable right from the start when I noticed the truck said Arrow Van Line on it and the employees had shirts which reflected the company name also. The forman was remarkable and had his crew working effiecently from start to end. They finished the same day which was amazing and even more amazing was when my final bill came in it was actually $325.00 cheaper than the quote I recieved from Sam. They gave me a delivery window of 6 to 10 days and actually made it on the 6th day. I was provided with the delivery drivers phone number and stayed in touch with him during the transit which made me feel at ease. I was even more amazed that when they delivered I had only one mirror (I packed) that was damaged. Even though they did not have to honor a claim as I packed the mirror they still did which left me feeling that I had chose the best company out there! I would recommend Arrow Van Line to anybody including my friends and family! Keep up the good work guys....you rock!
