I would be very cautious when arranging moving services with Arpin for a cross country move. They made promises and on the day before the move informed us the truck we were originally scheduled on had mysteriously become full and there was no available truck or driver for our move. No one in the organization could provide any accurate information and basically told us we can file a claim if we are unhappy with their services. There is no accountability and no one to escalate your issue to and unfortunately you are held captive without your household goods and they could care less!! Even when they go past the estimated delivery date they still feel no pressure to get your shipment expedited. There are plenty of moving companies out there I do not think it would be very difficult to find another company that actually cares about their customers.
