*Price per pound was fair and competitive.
*I was unfairly charged for packing materials and labor. $40 was quoted to only box my television but I was charged $75 which could not be justified.
*I missed three days of work because of Apollo scheduling problems. At the last second, pickup was delayed two days because an unloading crew did not show up to a delivery before my pickup. Travel time from pickup in CA to delivery in TX took much longer than was quoted. The day before expected delivery date, after I had scheduled a day off work, I was informed it would not arrive until the next day in the afternoon. The following day, instead of receiving my furniture in the afternoon, they arrived at nine thirty pm. The driver arrived but the support moving crew was not present. The driver tried to make phone calls for a half hour while at my new residence and even asked me if I could find some people to help him move the furniture. He had to reschedule to move in my things the next day at noon.
Communication was good between Julia, the manager in FL, and myself until the evening of the first attempted delivery. At this point, she stopped answering my phone calls and never called back to confirm delivery or for any other reason. Also, no discount was given to make up for their multiple scheduling problems and my three days of missed work.
*Do not use this moving company unless you are employed from home or are unemployed and can spend your days at home waiting for their movers. Their schedules are completely unreliable.
