These people are scammers and just awful - no horrendous - human beings.
They say one thing, and do another. They said payment would occur upon delivery yet as soon as they picked up our stuff they called and very aggressively demanded payment. What else can you do when a semi-trailer has hijacked everything you own??
Upon delivery, they smashed my $3000 TV and damaged a dozen other pieces of furniture. A special ceremonial item given to me by my late grandfather just disappeared in transit. Boxes arrived squished, furniture scraped, table dented and scratched.
When I filed a complaint, I could never get a human being on the phone despite repeated requests. Their emails took weeks in between responses and the check I received after 9 weeks to replace the TV? $15.
That's right $15.
Do not trust these people with your belongings and tell everyone else you know that they're awful, awful human beings. Honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night.
I hope their company goes belly up from a class-action lawsuit.
Hmmmm....??
