I had requested my move date the week before so that I could make travel plans to re-locate back to the East Coast.They stated that this was not a problem. On the day of my move, the packers left the job leaving me with 1 packer and 1 truck driver to load the truck. Finally, another packer showed up, but it was too late. Despite showing up at 9 am, we did not leave our house in UT until 7 causing us to arrive at our first destination at 2 am the following morning. I was not too upset until I learned the following week that I furniture would not be delivered until 23 days later. Given the circumstances, I asked for a price adjustment. Normally, they would grant a discount, but according to "their" notes, I had been aware of this delay. I was NEVER notified abuot this delay and NEVER agreed to such a delay. After nearly a month being stranded with no furniture, I will never use this company again.
