I do not write reviews but this time it is important that I write one. Joseph is exceptional. He is kind, courteous, and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I made two moves with Alliance Relocation System. From the moment I called, Lenny was more than willing to help make things easier on me. She answered all my questions without rushing me and communicated with me promptly. The same can be said of Joseph. The movers came on time. They were nice gentleman. There were some problems in the first move but he did his best to make things okay. I used them again because of his professionalism. The one thing that surprised me the most is that he answered his phone every time we called no matter how late it was. He does not let it go to an answering machine like most places. He solves the problems right away. He is always there to help and make sure things go smoothly with the move. We would use Alliance again because of all the people that helped us move. Moving is very hectic but sometimes you meet people like Joseph and the people working for Alliance that makes it great.
