This was a horrible and traumatic experience. The pick up was supposed to be at 9 am, they asked to reschedule for 3pm and they didn't arrive until 9pm. No one called to update me. The delivery was supposed to take 10-17 days, it took 25 days and no one called to update me. The company outsources all work and I was told at pick up and drop off that they have no communication with the main office. So anything you discuss with your representative will not be relayed to your driver or movers. Customer service is non-existent. I couldn't reach Frank, who sold us the move, either on the day of pick up or delivery. Jerry claimed he was unable to help without Frank. A nightmare all around. I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully by the main contact at both the pick up and drop-off. My family members had to do much of the unload themselves (I couldn't help because I am pregnant). Detailed emails of my experiences and voicemail messages have been ignored. They clearly don't care. Do not use this company.
