Horrible Service - avoid All My Sons.

I wish I would have read these reviews before using All My Sons. I am not a person who regularly writes reviews about a company or product, but I want to do my good deed today by letting you know to avoid this company like the plague. I had a number of issues; first they didn't call to confirm, I had to contact them a few days before and the owner finally called me the morning of the move to confirm. The movers were late and were slow to get started, and they were on the clock which meant I was paying for their time. They were rough with our furniture and one of the guys acted like this was his first move because he needed constant instruction. It could very well have been his first time but I would have hoped he'd been given proper training before an actual move. While off loading the furniture, they broke one of the legs of our desk and then told us it was due to "dry rot" and didn't offer to fix or reimburse the cost. The wood floors were scratched almost in a direct line from the door to the hallway where they took the furniture. There is a chunk of the door jamb missing because they clipped it while turning a corner to get furniture in a room. Again, we pointed this out to the guy in charge who told us to call their office. We were told they would be in touch, but as expected we haven't heard from them. Do yourself a favor and read as many reviews as you can find about a company before selecting them. If you see a website or ad for All My Sons, just skip over it and find a more reputable company.
