Do not use these people! They are unprofessional and misleading. They tore up a $1500 mattress and wanted to pay me $200 for it. STAY AWAY! I wanted to add to this review. These people sent me a letter stating if I sign it I can no longer discuss the horrible service I recieved. And want to only pay me 200$ I decided that the money was not as important and me putting the word out and saving some people distress that could be prevented. Please do not use this company. There are way better companies in my opinion. I have the right to speak my mind and the truth.
