Smooth talking got us. We began to feel uneasy when the mover arrived in another brand of truck, had no assistance and didn't have a dolly. Our items were actually held hostage it seemed, traveling who knows where. Deliver "guaranteed" dates were not kept and Charles and others were extremely bad about giving full information and even answering their phones. Kudos to Rebecca in the end who was the most accurate and responsive of all we were involved with. We'll never use them again, and we actually have another move within 12 months.
