By far the worst professional moving experience of my life. They started packing boxes into the truck we told them NOT to pack, which after we realized and had them unpack, we had to argue for 15 minutes that we should not be charged for their mistake. Then the move took double the time they estimated. They worked slowly and inefficiently. The only reason we finished at the time we did and not even later was because my husband and I unwrapped all the furniture pieces.
The amount of supplies they claimed they needed (and used without our consent) was astronomically high. They reboxed fake plants and pillows against our wishes.
In then talking to them, they were rude, dismissive, and arrogant - both movers and the phone representative I spoke to.
