ZIP TO ZIP MOVING company misrepresented themselves very step of the way. I was told the company, based in Rochester NY was a small company who used their own trucks- they did not. The quote they gave us- turned into double the price when the arrived the day of our move. All of our personal belongings were moved on and off trucks multiple times, despite being told that our items would stay on the trucks originally. Furniture was lost/stolen and damaged beyond repair when it finally arrived 2 weeks after we were told it would arrive. Poor customer service and lack of communication once the company had our money and had clearly damaged and lost or stolen our belongings- my families belongings, my children's belongings. STAY AWAY!
