They were late, extra charges for communting time because they were late. The schedule time was made so to avoid rush hour traffic and because the showed up late it took longer to get out of downtown LA to Los Feliz. Damaged furniture, claim process was horrible and company went out of business so claim did not get paid. I would certainly stay away from companies with names associated with them as Express Movers and Storage, Xpress Van Lines, with phone number of 888-668-3977
