This comapny is NOT A MOVER company. They are just BROKERS(You will not find this information on their website). I WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. Tey have NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are good only till you first contact them and the driver (who is from some other moving company / contractor) comes and picks up the goods. Its downhill from there.
I moved from TX to OR and had a very frustrating time with these movers. I did not get any updates from them regarding the location of my goods. After 2 weeks of making endless calls, they actually told me to get some other mover since my goods were still lying in a storage in Dallas TX and DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK GOING UPTO OREGON. At that point I threatened to make police complaint and go to consumer forums.
After all this they finally "GOT A TRUCK" and my stuff came to OREGON. Not to mention the driver who came to deliver was extremely rude and unprofessional.
The company gave me a discount of $150. But the driver ended up charging that from me on the day of delivery beacuse their truck "COULD NOT COME COMPLETELY INFRONT OF MY APT" which was not the case.
They just have 1 phone number which a receptionist picks up. You will not be connected to the original person you spoke to and there is no way to get in touch with them. They will never retuen your calls. You are completely at their mercy and have no other way as they are sitting somewhere in California.
AGAIN, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMAPNY.
