So, I'm a Seattle guy and I never thought I'd leave my Emerald City, but alas, duty calls. I got a new job in Santa Barbara and had to pack up and head south. I was so depressed about it that I didn't even answer the first hundred calls I got after doing my initial "moving company" search. It was getting down to the wire, and I ended up talking to Viper one morning before I left for work. By the time I got home, they had sent me an email with different quotes depending on the size of my home. I thought the prices seemed affordable but I wasn't ready to commit. I then talked to Andrea, and she was so helpful and understanding. I have a lot of antiques and collectibles from my late parents and was extremely apprehensive about leaving them in the hands of others. However, Jacob and team came in a treated all of my valuables like they were theirs. I watched them pick up every piece and wrap it carefully- so much better than I would have- and pack it perfectly. I was so happy that I ended up going with them. I don't regret it at all. Viper, I thank you, my belongings thank you, my sanity thanks you!!!!!
