Universe Express really surprised me. The phone rep was very pleasant, but I still had doubts after hearing of many moving nightmares. On the day of the move, my crew showed up 15 minutes early, smiling moved everything quickly with no breakage into my new apt. And the price$$ came in under estimate! Finally a honest and hardworking company!
