If I could give this company 10 stars, I would without thinking about. This company moved my mother, she is 86 years old and last year we lost my father. This was a VERY delicate situation because we grew up in Washington but my fathers death has been slowly taken a turn on my mother. We knew we had to get her closer to family and her grand kids.
It was hard for her because she was leaving 40 years of memories behind, she did not want to move, we had to make this experience for her as pleasant as possible. I came across Drew from United West.
Nice guy from the south very professional and courteous. He knew what I was going and did everything to help us. Not only was his price very competitive but his team of movers were immaculate, they handled her Antiques with care, they protected all her furniture. Andrew had informed the carrier of how delicate this situation was and he kept that in mind, the entire move went smooth.
The best part is since WE (my brothers and sisters) were all funding the move, we paid less then expected, this was very reassuring because as I was selecting a mover I realized that getting charged more was now kind of the norm.
