My items are still missing. TV stolen. Many items in boxes & furniture damaged. My bed which is a $4000 bed is broken. My chair & dressing table are broken. My furniture chipped or parts broken off. No one is returning my calls regarding a claim, or answered an email. I've moved overseas and only had one breakage. Not with this company, they are hideous. Only has 2 guys to move my stuff & it's heavy. Shod have been 3. Kids were very nice that they hired to move me. This service is ridiculous, they kept delaying their move time. The guy on this end spoke broken English, & kept putting me off, costing me more money in storage fees. I'm giving them one more chance to answer my emails & then it's off to the lawyer. Avoid them like the plague. I'm also calling the BBB.
