Poor Service Rough Handling

The packers were rough and sloppy. They tossed glass items (including an aquarium) into boxes with no packing whatsoever. The driver was irritable, defensive and unable to avoid expressing his opinions or lecturing about endless topics he obviously knew very little about. He dropped items, tried to carry too much at once, and delivered quite a bit of material to the wrong customer. Our materials came out of storage with cockroaches, something we had not experienced in more than 30 years. The appeals process was useless, took nearly a year, and led to a rude letter suggesting it was our fault they lost our stuff. This was our fourth professional move and easily the worst. Previous movers included Allied, Mayflower and Federal.
