I contracted with UNITED STATES VAN LINES and on 9-23-11 a company called MOVING SQUAD shows up. Items were supposed to be loaded onto truck going to Washington. Items set in a warehouse in Houston for about 2 weeks. The company delivering the items on 10-14-11 was a company called AMERICA VAN LINES. I checked items they delivered and had 4 missing. The driver said he never picked those items up. Now I call the claim # 1-800-668-3059 because I had items stolen and yet another company is RELO VAN LINES. Over charged on weight, late and took 7 months of letters and countless phone calls to recoup some refund. This whole ordeal was a nightmare.
