TSI (of course they blame others!) lost 1/3 of a shipment of boxes (9/26) last fall (September 2018). The boxes weren't marked, there's no tracking information, and it appears they did exactly nothing to remedy the problem. Each box was labeled by us with name, address, and phone number, and yet the boxes have dropped into a black hole. Not only had to pay for this awful service, but lost personal items that are hard to value. Their overall response was, "Feel free to try to find the boxes, there's nothing we can do"./
