Our experience with this whole process was top notch -- both my daughter and I have nothing but good things to say of this project from start to finish. All four folks -- the two who picked up the piano in New York and the two who delivered it in Maryland -- were courteous, helpful, very pleasant, appropriately attired, and a pleasure to work with. In short, this was a really good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others.
