I was pleasantly surprised at the results of my shipping process. I was Leary at best, things always go wrong after all with these things, but everything with TSI was perfect. The initial phone call was just a few minutes, and they were set to go. I got a call when they were ready to come, they come when they said they would, they were oh so careful with our antiques, including a grandfather clock, we specified a "do not deliver between" timeframe because of s new baby , which they honored, Thru called to schedule drop off, and everything arrived exactly as picked up. We are so pleased with the whole process, and would use other movers again.
