First, I would like to again thank Edward D'Addio for all his help. Edward was very informative, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with helping me. I was dealing with a pretty stressful situation due to the fact that I was coordinating the shipping long distance and there was a very tight time frame. I really appreciate Edward's excellent customer service. Second, the Navis crew who picked up my mother's belongings (Dan and Josh) were really good! They called with their ETA and when they arrived, they were very efficient but at the same time, they took care of the items and seemed concerned with ensuring that all would reach us intact. Third, the delivery person (I believe his name was Cesar (sp) but I forgot to write it down so I may be wrong) with Con-way here in Seattle was also very professional. As we requested, he called us before arriving (we were coming from work) and when he arrived he quickly but safely off-loaded the pallet. He even took most of the packing material back to recycle. Also, I would like to thank Tara Chila for her great customer service! Tara really was my first point of contact - she promptly replied to my Angie's List inquiry and connected me with Edward (I would say within 8-12 hours max). Again, thank you very much for making a stressful situation less so.
