Susan Osborne was very helpful and we know she talked to the pick-up crew to treat the furniture carefully. When only 5 of the 11 pieces were delivered, we know she worked on our problem with Jason in Pittsburgh. She let us know that they had found our other 6 pieces and that they would be delivered in a few days. We thank Susan Osborne for all her help and comfort she gave us.
